Isaiah 49:25-26

International Standard Version

“He will seize^[a] even the warriors’ plunder,^[b]
    and the captives^[c] of tyrants will be rescued.
I myself will quarrel with those who have a quarrel with you,^[d]
    and I myself will save your children.

²⁶ “I’ll make those who mistreat you^[e] eat their own flesh,
    and they will get drunk on their own blood, as with new wine.

“Then all mankind will know that I am the Lord
    your Savior and your Redeemer,
        the Mighty One of Jacob.”
